Fortuitous timing, along with Sally B. Brown’s long-standing relationship as a board member and supporter of The English Concert in America, Maestro Harry Bicket and members of The English Concert will be able to participate and support doing the “A Gift of Sound” concert on April 14, 2024.

A Gift of Sound concert is sponsored by The Brown Family, whose love of music has supported performance and the collecting of musical instruments since 1884.

Led by internationally-renowned opera and concert conductor of distinction, Harry Bicket, Artistic Director of The English Concert since 2006. He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2022 Birthday Honours for services to music.
